| Sydney in her favorite spot: being carried! |
Sydney is at that age (3) where she’s really not a baby, but she’s not a big kid either. She still likes to be carried, especially this weekend when our family went for an extended walk in the local botanical gardens.
I heard Sydney ask Chad, “Carry me!”
He replied, “What do you say?”
“Carry me now!”
(Love it!)
Chad explained he wanted her to say, “please”.
About 1 minute later Chad put her down. So she hit me up for a ride.
“Carry me!” she whined.
“What do you say?”
“Here!” she declared, poking me in my gut.
Well, yes, I’ll carry you THERE but I was looking for PLEASE!
At least my little girl doesn’t go to kindergarten for 2 more years. I’ve got time to work on the manners!
