What’s your favorite Halloween candy? Personally, I LOVE Almond Joy. And, yes, I realize that many of you out there hate coconut. But if you’re like me and you LOVE coconut, then Almond Joy is the bee’s knees.
Years ago when my daughter was a two-year-old, we shared the following conversation about her favorite Halloween candy.
“What’s your favorite type of candy?” I asked.
“Um,” she said.
Then, silence.
“Is it chocolate? Lollipops? Mints?” I suggested.
More silence.
“Beer candy!” she proclaimed loudly with a straight face.
Then she giggled.
Then I giggled, too. Thankfully, I never heard that she told all her playmates or the Sunday School teachers that Beer Candy was her fave!
So what’s your favorite Halloween candy? Perchance is it beer candy? 🙂
I’m not really sure that I’ve encountered beer candy… Reese’s is the winner in our house!

Reeses is my husband’s favorite! And there is probably some entrepreneur out there right now trying to market beer candy…which I haven’t encountered either. 🙂

Lmbo! That is hilarious. That sounds like something my toddler would say. All you can do is laugh. My favorite Halloween candy is Starburst, Skittles, or Snickers. I’m down for any of the 3. I plan to skip the sweets this year though. #sitssharefest

Lol beer candy. I need a beer after doing all these Halloween activities. My favorite candy has to be the candy corn I only eat it during the month of October because those things will surely make my fillings come out. Stopping over from SITS

Oh man- you TOTALLY need to come to my house and take all the almond joys that we always ALWAYS throw away. SO many!!!! We can do a trade!! I will take your twix bars, kit kats, recess, and 100,000bars for all the almond joys, okay? Deal?

You THROW them away? Gulp. Sob. If it wasn’t cost prohibitive to ship 52 Almond Joys in exchange for 12 Snickers, those blasted Smarties, and some Dum Dums, I would totally trade!

Beer Candy? Haha! Reeses, M&M’s, Snickers…pretty much all of them I will take. When I was a kid I ate so many Butterfingers in one sitting that I can barely even look at them now. But they get eaten by someone. No candy goes to waste in this house!
