- school supply lists,
- finding out who my kids’ teachers will be,
- packing lunches again, and
- STRESS!
Yup, Moms and Dads, there is no doubt that this time of year can be a wee bit stressful. But it might also be, dare I say it, happy? That’s because maybe this new year will be fantastic, maybe they will get their best friends in the same class, and maybe last year’s backpack is still in great shape! In fact, I’m pleased to be sharing the happy business of Back to School today on behalf of Creative Kidstuff toy company and their TV show, The Happi House.
Creative Kidstuff toy company provided me and my kids with the YOXO To GO building kit. It’s an award-winning educational toy that is great for warming up minds in an active and fun way for Back to School.
What’s neat about YOXO is that they provide pictorial instructions for creating four shapes, some with TP tubes or cereal boxes from around your house, but really, the only limit on what you can create is your imagination!
Creative Kidstuff is also proud to present The Happi House, an entertaining and informative weekly magazine style television series for women hosted by Happi Olson. I checked out the Back to School episode, “Tips for Tackling Homework and School Outfits”, and was impressed by its fun and useful tips presented in an easy, quick format. The Happi House tackles other topics such as homemade beauty products, hosting unique children’s parties, fashion trends, family vacation tips and tricks, DIY home décor, easy family meals and more.
See? With fun, imaginative toys like the YOXO To Go and people in my corner like the gals on The Happi House, I can make Back to School happy after all!
When did your kids go back to school? Have you ever shopped at Creative Kidstuff? Did you know that every purchase helps donate toys to kids in need? What appeals to you about The Happi House show?

Have to say all of this is new to me. How on earth did my kids survive me? I was SO unorganized. Truly. That in and out box in the video is genius. I suppose it helped that my daughter was born organized. She was the one who always had tissue and lip gloss when we went skiing … etc. The YOXO To Go looks like so much fun. Love the owl. Especially love that you can use pieces from around the house.

In Experienced Bad Mom fashion, though, I did not mention that I had neither empty TP rolls or empty cereal boxes to create YOXO masterpieces! Any other day? Yes. Overflowing with junk. YOXO build stuff day? No. Ha!

Wow, the Creative Kidstuff is really great. I like toys that require her to do something. She’s a bit young for them now, clearly, but I’ll keep them in mind!

Creative Kidstuff has lots of infant/toddler toys, too! Cool things you don’t find necessarily at the giant toy stores.
