You’ve heard the TV called the Boob Tube. I’m thinking of renaming it the Uro-Tube.
Here’s why:
Sydney has recently potty trained (WOO HOO!). We were eating dinner the other night and she had already been excused. We heard her go into her room and then we heard the scraping sound as she moved her Baby Bjorn potty around on the hardwood floor.
Moments later I realized she had dragged the potty out into the living room in front of the TV, which was now on. She plopped down and did her business.
(Yes, I was slow on the uptake. I think it was shock!)
When she finished peeing, she stood up and said excitedly, “I did it!”
Yes, little girl, you did it. In the living room. In front of the TV. All I could do was say, “Yea!” Don’t want her to regress back to diapers, now do I?
