A while back I posted a story about Sydney playing with her baby dolls and saying, “I can’t play with you right now. I have to go to work!”
Well, after this weekend I feel much better about that. Sydney brought two baby dolls to Will’s baseball game to keep herself entertained. On the sidelines of Will’s game, in front of at least 1 other mother, Sydney put her babies night-night and said over and over to them, “Good night! I love you!”
The other mother even smiled as she saw and heard Sydney tucking in her babies with love. (I curbed my desire to lean over and say, “See how she’s imitating me? I put my kids to sleep with LOVE!”)
