Sydney and I were snacking on some Chex Mix. We like the Traditional kind, not the Cheddar or anything spicy. Just so you know.
At one point I was holding the bag and Sydney asked for some.
“No,” I said, teasing.
She got mad! “You have to share,” she declared. “It’s not like you’re Dad or Will!”
I laughed. “What do you mean?” I asked. “Because Dad and Will don’t share?”
“No, they don’t.”
Ha! I’m not sure what that says about male/female relationships that my 3-year-old has 1) picked up that both men in our household don’t share, and 2) thinks that I must share because I’m not one of them!
