I dropped the F-bomb in front of the kids this weekend. Oops. Hope they aren’t scarred for life.
This was all brought on because Will was doing a plethora of things he shouldn’t have been doing:
1) He climbed on the furniture
2) He climbed on me sitting on the furniture on which he had just climbed
and
3) He took gum out of his mouth and managed to get it tangled in my hair.
Upon being elbowed and kneed by 50 lbs of kid and then finding gum in her hair, a good mom would have said something like, “Kids, that makes me mad!” in a sing-song voice, or perhaps, “Mommy’s angry!”
Nope, I said the f-word.
Can’t wait for one of them to repeat that at school or in public!
