Sydney and the Giant Toot

December 1, 2009 By Katy Leave a Comment

Last week I had the pleasure of being a single mom while Chad was on a business trip. One of the highlights was taking Will to his Scout Pack meeting and dragging Sydney along.

She was pretty good. I brought some toys she could play with and sometimes the first thru fourth grade boys did goofy skits to entertain us all.

At the end of the meeting, Sydney was really getting into drawing on her Magna Doodle. It looked like scribbles to me, but I politely asked what she was drawing.

“A giant toot!” she shouted gleefully. “Ha ha ha!”

Toot is the word we use in our household for expelling gas from your behind (aka fart). Never did I think I would have a creative genius on my hands who draws pictures of toots in public places!
