BK (Before Kids), I probably would have freaked out at images that I now consider normal at my house.
It’s a Very Hairy Caterpillar made out of pantyhose. It’s so ugly it’s cute. And it’s now living on my kitchen counter for who knows how long.
It’s my 16-year-old kitty cat hanging out with Sydney’s American Girl dolls in our living room. I came downstairs yesterday to find him like that and I thought it was cute.
Of course, my husband thought it would be even more normal to put the cat in the car.
I’ll have you know that my cat is blind due to high blood pressure, so get out of his way if you see him on the roads.
And, no, his name is not Toonces.
What’s normal at your house?

I’m not sure if I even know what normal is anymore!! I do know I see way more underwear-hineys running around my house than I ever thought I would!!

Awesome! There is a lot of bizarre “normal” here too. My oldest is very crafty and constantly getting out the aluminum foil, going to his room and building assorted things with it.
Doesn’t everyone have to go to their kid’s room for foil when you’re trying to wrap up leftovers??

2 words for you: Naked Barbies. They are everywhere. On the counters. In the bathroom. You name it. The cat in the car is HILARIOUS! And I LOVE Toonces!-Ashley
