Score Big With A Celly Salt Giveaway!

March 1, 2025 By Katy 8 Comments

My daughter is wrapping up her senior year ice hockey season right now and this Hockey Mom is emotional.

No more stinky equipment in the back of the family truckster.

No more exhilarating wins or devastating losses.

No more jokes with the other Hockey Moms in the lobby at the ice rink as we kill an hour before game time. (I’ll really miss my Hockey Moms!)

I need something pure and happy to focus on, which is why I’m talking about Celly Salt seasoning today.

Plus, I have even more good news to share. I approached the team the makes Celly Salt about my love of their product and they have offered a prize pack to one lucky winner.

Woo hoo!

What is Celly Salt?

Celly Salt is a trio of delicious seasonings developed by two fellow Hockey Moms from Michigan, Pam and Lu.

These Hockey Moms combined their know-how (Pam’s a Registered Dietician and Lu does marketing and sales) with their passion for food and love of all things hockey to create three must-have seasonings.

  1. Original Celly is an all-purpose seasoning blend of sea salt flakes, granulated garlic and black pepper.
  2. Sin Bin Fire adds red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper to the Original Celly salt. It’s for those of you who like a little heat, like my husband. It’s his favorite!
  3. Chirpin’ Herb is a tasty combination of basil, parsley, chives and marjoram. It’s low salt, too.

What, no celery?

The “celly” in Celly Salt is NOT short for celery. It’s hockey slang for “celebration”, most often used after a player scores a goal.

“Sin Bin” is a reference to the penalty box and “Chirpin'” is what my precious daughter does best: spout witty tear-downs at the opposing team.

My sweet player who chirps with the best of them

But even if you don’t speak hockey slang, you can definitely understand flavor, which Celly Salt delivers.

I enjoy both the Original Celly and Chirpin’ Herb flavors.

When I first tried Celly Salt, I started sprinkling Original Celly on everything. I think my favorite use was putting it on my eggs in the morning (mmmm….sea salt flakes).

Then Chirpin’ Herb started to grow on me. Nowadays I sprinkle it on pretty much anything I cook for dinner. I feel it brightens my dishes with subtle yet delicious flavor.

How To Win

Wanna season your day?

Celly Salt is providing one Hat Trick Pack to a lucky Experienced Bad Mom reader (U.S. only–sorry Canada). All you need to do to enter to win is leave a comment on this blog post on or before March 9 telling me what kind of Celly Salt you are most interested in trying.

Make sure to visit the Celly Salt website to learn more about their flavors and story. You can also find out more out this woman-owned busines and follow them on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & X.

Good luck!
